End-of-line palletising and labelling

How do you keep up with the production lines without adding people and forklifts?
At a food manufacturer the lines run three shifts, and logistics has to keep pace: palletising, transport to the warehouse, storage with expiry dates, order picking and truck loading. Together with our partners, we automate the whole flow, coordinated by one software layer, so every pallet is tracked from the line to the truck.
Food industry automation links the end of the line to the dock without manual handling: robots palletise and label, autonomous vehicles take the pallets into the automated warehouse, the system applies FEFO and prepares orders, and trucks are loaded automatically. As a benchmark: at a pasta factory in Parma, Italy, the volume handled today by the automated systems would require around 400 people for manual handling. The system is run by 20. Nobody was laid off: as automation grew, no new hires were needed.

No. We start from a master plan for the whole flow and deliver it in phases, at the pace of your investment, so that each phase prepares the next.
Yes. The orchestration layer receives orders from the ERP or WMS and talks to the production lines, so every pallet is tracked from the line to the truck.
The system applies FEFO automatically: for every order, the pallet that expires first ships first.
