Who processes your data. The data controller is SC Cems Craft SRL (LogiPath), VAT ID RO40279800, Trade Register No. J12/5351/2023, registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Data protection contact: office@logipath.ro.

What we collect. The data you send us through the site's forms: name, email address, phone, company name, your message and the technical information about your operation (from the briefs, the calculator or the analysis form).

Why we use it. To reply to you, prepare the analysis you requested and send you the calculator results. The legal basis is the steps you take before a possible collaboration and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.

Who we share it with. Only our automation manufacturer and integrator partners in the European Union, when they are needed for the analysis or offer you requested. Data is stored with our hosting and email providers. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it. Up to 24 months from our last interaction, after which we delete it.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can write to us at any time at office@logipath.ro. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
